Two podcasters walk into a guy's house. Turns out it's a brewery. Not a great joke but that's exactly what happened when Steve and Adam showed up at Ben Steffen's currently garage based brewery Arboretum Trail. They discuss the obvious elephant in the room of how do you put a 3 bbl system in your home. They also talk about Ben's brewing origins, a funny tale about Tree House (yes that one,) homebrewing, and gardening. Finally, they get into brewing beers for all the trail hikers across America.

They talk about origins of the 5 course program, which involves learning how to run a brewery beyond fermenting wort. Plus, get info on who prospective brewers can expect to learn from.
